Step one: it takes about a minute. We only build a private photo gallery for students whose family (or the student) enrolls. Parents and grandparents are asked for the $50 suggested donation to open it; students get in free with their student ID.

🔒 How your child's information is handled

What we keep: your student's name, class year and ensemble(s), your email, and the one photo you give us.
What it's for: sorting band photos into that student's private gallery and emailing you the link. Nothing else.
Where it's stored: SmugMug (photo galleries) and Cloudflare (this site's records), both in the United States.
What we won't do: sell it, share it, or use it for advertising or AI training.
Galleries are password-protected, and students are shown publicly only as first name and last initial.
You can delete everything at any time: Delete my child's data. We'll confirm by email.
