A bespoke keepsake of your young musician's journey through Marching Band, Jazz, Orchestra and Choir

Portraits and ensemble photos captured by a parent or student photographer from our own music families. These are memories to share with grandparents and keep for years.

Start by enrolling your student: it takes about a minute, and families choose to take part. Students get free access to their own gallery. Parents and grandparents, please give the $50 suggested donation for yearly access. It keeps this ongoing service from the Music Boosters growing all year, every year.

How it works

  1. Enroll your student. A short form and one photo, so we can build their private gallery.
  2. Give your suggested donation. $50 for yearly access, through GiveButter.
  3. Select your student using their secure student ID.
  4. Get your gallery link right away with the View My Gallery button, or have it emailed to you.
  5. View and print. Downloads are free; prints are at lab cost.

Prints are offered at lab cost. Music Boosters makes no margin on prints; all support comes from the $50 suggested donation, processed securely by GiveButter.

🔒 Uploads are private: nobody else can see them. Every file is automatically screened for inappropriate content (anything flagged goes to a booster volunteer for review), then sorted and tagged into each enrolled student's gallery, so every family gets more memories.

Have clips from a show or game? Share them and we'll add them to the galleries.
🔒 How your child's data is handled
  • What we keep: your student's name, class year and ensemble(s), your email, and the one photo you choose to give us when you enroll.
  • What it's for: sorting band photos into that student's private gallery and emailing you the link. Nothing else.
  • Where it's stored: SmugMug (photo galleries) and Cloudflare (this site's records), both in the United States.
  • What we won't do: sell it, share it, or use it for advertising or AI training.
  • Galleries are password-protected, and students are shown publicly only as first name and last initial.
  • Delete it any time: use Delete my child's data and we'll confirm by email.

Questions

Is my student's gallery private?

Yes. Galleries are private and protected by an access code, and only enrolled students get one. Only your family and your student can open them.

Do I have to give $50?

$50 is the suggested donation for yearly access. Please give what you can. Every family is welcome.

Who takes the photos?

A parent or student photographer from our own music families.

How do prints arrive?

Prints are made by a professional lab and shipped directly to your home.

Feedback
